Starting My 6 Lug to 5 Lug Conversion
Hi..So i'm Starting My 6 Lug to 5 Lug Conversion on my 68 Stepper, I'm taking my axles to my locale machine shop ($80 a Side) going to fill and re drill for 5x5 also looks like i will have to mill about 1/2" off the axle hub to take on the new drums.
In front i will just swap out new rotors from a early 70 C-10. please let me know if im missing something...thx Last edited by hussler; 07-30-2017 at 10:39 PM. |

Re: Starting My 6 Lug to 5 Lug Conversion
Tons of info on doing the 5-lug conversion here on the board.
Is your truck disc brake up front already? If not you will need to swap spindles to make it work. Please post more info about your current front suspension. I don't want to assume anything
