From personal experience, if you are doing any freeway driving in your blazer don't go with a 13.5 wide tire. It will pull you all over the road. Stick with a 12.5 or better yet a 10.5. But for a simple no frills trail rig 13.5 on an 8 or 10 inch wide wheel will work just fine.
