You can wrap some electrical tape around the lip of the hub cap that will snug it up some . A bit rigged but it works.
Its a series 12 right ? Im sure you know but you know there is a trick to put them on right? Get the lip under two of the nubs and whack on the cap to get it over the 3rd one.
