Need to know what size lines this pump needs.

Yes, I believe the inlet of that pump takes a 3/8" ID hose. The return line is 1/4" ID hose. And the outlet to the carb is configured for a flared 3/8" OD steel tube with a 5/8"-18 inverted flare nut.
