For a TPI conversion you can run an '88 Ford Truck external pump. But that will be too high a pressure for a TBI. There may be a similar external pump for a TBI Ford truck. Summit has a Carter pump p/n P5001 for TBI conversions. You might take to opportunity to move the tank out of the cab. Then use a S10 Blazer or big Blazer tank with internal TBI pump.
