Where can I get the screws to secure the cowl hood as a set or what size are they. Thanks in advance

The size of the tap screws is debatable. Personally I believe they're a large #8 or small #10. I would start with #8, which is what I believe the part houses offer anyway. Keep that in mind as you read the following:
The panel mounts onto the cowl using six phillips tap screws with integrated washers. The screw threads are #10" x 5/8". These screws also hold the cowl seal in place. The panel also mounts to the cowl using four phillips stainless steel tap screws & U-nuts."" The screw threads are #10 x 1/2". The holes for these are nearly parallel of the windshield wiper mounts. The U-nuts are 1/2" x 5/8, and the hole center to edge is 1/2"". The panel also mounts using four 1/2" recessed hex head tapered screws with integrated washers. One fits behind each door, and one on each corner of the cowl. The threads on three of these screws are 5/16-18 x 7/8. The thread on one screw is 5/16-18 x 3/4. The shortest thread was used behind the RH door, which probably means nothing. 3/4" or 7/8" should work. Also, they don't have to be tapered. They just happened to be on the truck I'm rebuilding.
