no, they are 8 lug. I think 10 lug is C/50 or 60.
It is almost all the same as a 3/4 ton, just a stiffer ride. (springs)
Here is a shot of my 8 lug (looks like a 6 lug to me) front left rim.

Fot the savvy viewers, you'll notice the hub and drum assembly are off of a dually. Notice how recesed the bearing retaining nut is.
