Lower Control Arm Bump Stops
Im in the process of replacing mine on my gmc
got the old ones out. But cant get the new ones in. They are the push though triangle shaped ones. Whats the trick to getting them in?

Try a good dose of dish soap and a flat bladed screw driver to push it through.

Ruined one using lubricant and Flat blade screw driver. Use the lube, but find a c-clamp that will reach the bump stop and use it like a press. It was a snap doing it this way. Minutes as opposed to fighting that thing for a half hour or more with a screw driver and them having to throw it away and starting over with a new bump stop.

put silicone lube on the bump stop put in place and jack up the control arm till it bottoms out the bump stop. done

I sprayed mine with silicone and then proceeded to beat them into submission with a rubber mallet. I like some of the other methods presented above better.
