Saw this at SEMA last year.... I'm not a massive fan of bagged trucks, but this was impressive to say the least.

Haven't seen this one in person but it's been making the rounds last few years. It's nice. It'll go fast at that price.

I *THINK* I saw that truck at Goodguys in Charlotte, NC last year. If it's the same truck, it's absolutely spectacular in person.

Re: C-10 Service Truck

Nearly impossible to get your money back out of anything customized.

Myself, I like original.....and where I live such a lowered truck would drag its bumpers and everything else off in about 100 yards of driving on any of my state's paved roads.

The guy that built this truck(Craig) bought my old camper, Frankie. It is getting a complete make over just like this one did. It will be at SEMA this year!

Re: C-10 Service Truck

$70,000. That's all? I'll take two!

Labor is mostly unrecoverable in a vehicle build. In my opinion, eating an alleged $30,000. is insufficient.

Re: C-10 Service Truck

I wonder what a similar k/10 would fetch--not modified. Amazing the amount of time and money being spent on that c/10. After seeing that custom Service Truck and all the mods I feel humbled. That pic got my attention so here is a comparison pic to compare and have a good laugh. I think my truck wants to mate with that one.

Re: C-10 Service Truck

I wouldn't put a service body on anything under 3/4t, let alone a short bed. The whole idea is silly to me. Looks cool for sure. I loves me some utility body. Both are cool but one you pay crazy money to have something to look at and the other you can enjoy driving...which is coolest.

Thumbs up Re: C-10 Service Truck

The fact of it is it's a cool truck! Nobody has ever done one like it before so yea it's a first of it's kind that got national attention.

Very nice truck and my hats off to the person responsible for it.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

I really like this truck. It's unusual, original, and very hard to duplicate.

Re: C-10 Service Truck

I think it would be a great work truck if your work was marketing or advertising, or anything to get peoples attention.

We're all here talking about it aren't we?

If I owned a company, I'd slap my logo on that truck a minute. Then write it off as a business expense.

Fire it up, smoke the tires and do some "Advertising'

Re: C-10 Service Truck

My stepson just picked up a 1970 C20 with a service box just like that. We removed it so he could put a regular long bed on it. Not sure what he's going to do with it. It's just taking up space at this point. LOL

Re: C-10 Service Truck

It's a unique build but I don't understand show quality paint on a work truck!? I'd take this blue one and keep the other $69,000 in the bank!

In all honestly, I like that someone took something forgotten/unique and turned it into cool. Lets be honest, how many of the exact looking C-10's do you see at car shows all done the same way.

My hat is off this guy!
