54 Cab minus roof on Craigslist
This one is not mine but I think I had the hood and front fender that went with it at one time. https://yakima.craigslist.org/pts/d/...310408610.html
Looks pretty solid an I can take a look at it if anyone has interest in it as it is in my home town. Actually I think it is the cab that my frame came out from under about 25 years ago.

Re: 54 Cab minus roof on Craigslist
Wish that was near me, I am really thinking about the 54 windshield for mine.

Re: 54 Cab minus roof on Craigslist
that would be a 54 or 55.1 with one piece windshield, correct?
looks pretty solid if a guy needed the lower 1/2 or wanted a ragtop conversion. wonder if it comes with a title. |

Re: 54 Cab minus roof on Craigslist
It's about an equal distance between the two of you. 697 miles to San Francisco & 639 to Calgary.
I'm out of excess spending money right now but might go look at it if he still has it in a couple of weeks. For most I figure it is parts to fix a rusted or damaged cab. Road trip to Toppenish, pick it up, fill up with some of the cheapest gas in the state, eat some good Mexican food and head home.

I could have used just the dash but that would be a waste. No body makes repop 54 dashs so far.

Funny they mention it's a 3 window cab, but you can see the corner windows.
Mr48- I saw that ad and that it was in Toppenish, wondered if it was yours but then looked close and knew that you wouldn't misidentify the year much less the window count. |

Re: 54 Cab minus roof on Craigslist
Not mine and I'm not sure who has it but I sold some parts to a guy building a 54 a couple of years ago and it may be something he has.
Vintovka if no one buys it in a week or two I might go look at it and don't want or need the dash or top of the cowl. It might be a better cab to cut the bottom half of the cowl and two thirds of the way back on the floor to make the cowl for my sectioned cab than the one I plan to use. Selling the dash would cut my cost down. I posted it because it should be a pretty solid lower section that can fix someone's cab for a low investment. Gas to go get it an lunch will probably cost more than the cab for a lot of PNW guys.

Re: 54 Cab minus roof on Craigslist
Thanks, but the time to replace my badly damaged dash has long passed. I believe it worked out for the best as the bank is already broken on my build. The tablet inset in the damaged portion of the dash should be much more fun than just a radio and will display a pic/warning when power running boards are extended.
