Custom Grille Ideas
Has anyone made a billet grill or had other ideas for a '55-'57 3100 grille from generic parts? I'm trying to keep the cost down while doing something custom.

Re: Custom Grille Ideas
I can't remember whose build but someone on here did a great job using parts of a car grill to build theirs..

Ptc has a custom grille with what looks like a cut down 57 passenger car grille bar, it looks excellent

Re: Custom Grille Ideas
i had to fit an inter cooler on my pickup, so i gutted the oem grille. Then got some 1/2" conduit, bent it, welded it in and painted to match. Pics in my build thread.
Im now going to try and squeeze a 4" core intercooler that is substantially longer, i may just convert to a gmc front end which should free up some space.. |

Re: Custom Grille Ideas
I'm sure the idea bought you a lot of real estate in there. Unfortunately, "Photo-suckit" (as Ogre calls them) has held your pictures hostage until you pay the ransom.
