needed pictures of power steering
I am looking for some pictures of power steering pumps and pullies. i have what i think is all the brackets i need but i know something is wrong somewere. if anyone has pictures of the power steering pump with headers that would be even better... thanks for the help everyone

i am mainly looking for a straight down shot or a shot from the drivers side fender going down to it.... thanks for the pics though
Rat And how did you get yours to mount that low? i have the brackets for mine to be stock.... but your set up looks nice... was wondering how you got that

My brackets are for that type of mounting. The pump mounts below the alternator. That's how it should be.

very nice were did you get those brackets? my brackets locate the alt on the pass side and the power steering pump down on the drivers side.

Those are stock 67-72 units.
You're apparantly using the 73-up ones if your alternator is mounted on the right side,

Sounds like you have the long water pump brackets. You will need to get a short pump, then the correct brackets. I have all the brackets you need. If you want them, I will figure out a price for you. I'm sure others on the board also have the right ones. Just ask around or put a wanted ad up in the parts section.

hmm looks like i am going to need some of those brackets but the thing is my power steering pump doesnt look like any of yours.... i guess mine is the 73 and newer style. would that pump fit the 67-72 brackets? thanks everyone for the help this is just great...... wish i had all these brackets before though....
