Those are what is not very good is the rings. on a side note I just shipped a wheel to Austin and it was $16.92, so shipping is kinda expensive on heavy stuff.

I'm not sure it would be cost effective to ship to Kansas you would probably be better off getting one locally. I also can't tell you a thing about it internally.
