Are factory Tachs repairable?
I got tired of trying to figure out what went wrong with my factory tach.
It went from working great, to reading 500 rpm low at idle, and 1000 rpm over on the highway. I was told that the spring "went bad". Anyway, I bought a replacement, but I'm one of those guys that never gets rid of old parts. Is it possible to repair these? I was thinking I could use it in a future truck. |

Re: Are factory Tachs repairable?
I'm pretty sure they can be sent off and rebuilt. I'm sure someone here will suggest a place you can do this.
