Air Vent Block Off

I've been doing some searching but haven't stumbled upon a block off plate for the kick panel air vents on our trucks.

Does anybody know of a vendor that makes them?

Re: Air Vent Block Off

I have never seen them aftermarket.
16 Gauge sheet metal from home depot and a pair of sheers. A drill for the holes. Use the original unit for a pattern.

Re: Air Vent Block Off

Vintage Air has them. I blocked off both of the kick panel vents when I put the VA in my truck.

Thanks for the responses guys! I'll check into the ones from Vintage Air, otherwise I'll make some!

Re: Air Vent Block Off

Once you cut them with sheers you take a ball peen and hammer around the edges to flatten it. Then use a Makita 4 inch with a wheel or flapper to smooth out the edges. Prime and paint the backside at least before install.
