So I spent today finishing dialing in my fan set up...boy was that an experience. LESSON LEARNED! So I went with a clicks on type thermal switch that work off of a ground and say its supposed to click on at 195 and off at 185...well first 1 out of box clicked on at 195 and off at 140..lol! Figured must of just been a bad 1 so I ordered another 1. This time it clicked on at 220 and never clicked off so I gave up on that type of switch and went with 1 of these adjustable switches. Ive got it dialed in to come on at 208 and off at 190, plus have a toggle switch just incase the damn thing fails!

Last night I finished my dash pad, tied up all my wires, and installed my glove box. Weird though my vent I had to pop out to get glove box in, I'm thinking it might be wrong 1. I'm going to figure it out this morning.
