Door lock knobs wont fit?
Just got these in today:
https://www.brotherstrucks.com/67-91...tinfo/DLK60CH/ The prob is that the stud for mine is bigger and they wont screw over the stud. I think my stud is 1/8" and it seems that the hole in the knobs are 3/32". It says they are for "67-91", why are they not fitting? ~JH |

Look at the Detailed Description
1967-1991 door lock knobs. Chrome. Pair Note: 67-72 requires you to drill the door lock hole on your door to 7/16" Any GM (car/truck) lock knob will work.

Re: Door lock knobs wont fit?
Doesn't sound right. DON'T DRILL. Send them back.
They're only $6.95 for chrome and $4.95 for Black, Blue, or Red from LMC Trucks. P/N:30-2692 chrome and black and P/N: 30-2694 for the colored plastic. I doubt you'll need to drill the door. [They list Black twice, one is 2 bucks more. IDKY.] Used to be, you could get the chrome knobs in a blister pack on the Help shelf in any auto parts store.

I almost think they didnt thread the inside of the brass. The hole is considerably smaller than the post. Looks like I will have to sent them back. ~JH |
