whats this part called?

I'm looking for this little stamped tin cup to help mount the front of the factory stereo. I've tried searching for it but no luck as I don't really know what to call it. Anybody know where I can find one? thanks

I think it is called a cup by the radio repair guys. I would check with lsversaw in the truck audio forum he might be able to help you.

I would check around at the installation shops. Might be sitting in a dusty box in the corner

these guys know a fair bit more about classic audio than just speakers, I'd give them a call;

Re: whats this part called?

So I have one more question. I've been looking on Ebay for the mounting cups for the radio and have found a few but they are pretty $$$$ for a little tin cup. I've seen a few though that are more affordable, but they are for different cars (Nova, chevell, ect..), they look to be the same but want to make sure before buying. So are these mounting cups all the same size and are interchangeable? Thanks again for all the help.
