Please help ....402 engine harness routing
I searched for an hour to no avail....I believe the temp sender goes on the driver side but curious where the mounting tabs go for the temp sender wire..thanks

You are correct it routes from the firewall gutter to the intake side of the LH valve cover around the front and connects to rear he sender. Here is a pic of mine, the stock valve cover has tabs welded on. If you zoom in you can see the 20 gauge dark green wire.

My new harness has metal tabs and was curious where they go also and I see yours doesn't have the tabs ?

My harness is OEM and the valve cover has the tabs to hold the temp sender wire in place. If you have an aftermarket harness, the tabs will have to be welded on or bolted on a valve cover bolt if they have the provision for that.
