What is this bracket?
Just wondering if anyone knows what purpose this bracket serves? Is it original? |

The way I understand it those directed cooler air on the exhaust manifolds which were prone to cracking, especially the passenger side. My 72 2500 had them.

I'm glad you asked because my C20 has one on the passenger's side and I was cursing it when I was changing the plugs, and saying "why is this thing here?
