Best 81-87 upholstery to use?

Guys, I am looking for the best 81-87 front bucket seat covers and rear bench upholstery to redo my seats in my 89 v3500. I recently snagged some 1989-90 suburban bucket seats, but I am looking to get them recovered. Anything out here exist? I like the usa1 industries upholstery but I didn't see a bucket seat option. Thanks Trevor

I got my fabric from here, bought it by the yard. I then took the fabric and seat to a local guy to have re-upholstered. Looks just like the original. The fabric is the same as the original.

These are the colors and fabric that is used for the 81-87 seats. You can also order a fabric sample card. This is what I did to pick out my colors. You can do the same for the vinyl.

Thanks, but the last two links are broken. Your seat looks great though. Trevor

Re: Best 81-87 upholstery to use?

Sorry about the links, don't know why they aren't working. Anyways just type in the address for miamicorp, they have a huge selection of fabrics. I think I spent just a hair over $100 for all the fabric and then $200 to have the seat re-upholstered.

That looks great. The the cloth at the top of the seat the same? It looks different in the pic but might just be the light and angle.

It matches the center. It is solid, not patterned like the rest of the seat.

Re: Best 81-87 upholstery to use?

I would be interested to see if anyone has used the upholstery from LMC, Brothers, Classic Parts, etc. I sort of assume they are all made by the same place and just re-sold. I am going to try to re-do a seat soon so I'd like to see if there is a "best" choice out there. Prefer Vinyl material.

LMC is ok, they tend to rip when installing

Definitely not from the same supplier
Classic Industries & Stock Interiors are the best I have used.

All I could find on Stock Interiors is carpet. Do you have a link to the seat covers?

Thanks for the link. You have your choice of all vinyl, and then vinyl & velour

There's also these styles:

This last link, I actually like that style too. I have done one in vinyl & velour
