how about some 60-66 flat black pic's
getting ready to start up on body and paint and need some inspiration. my brother and dad have gloss paint jobs and both love them, but they both say and worry about the fact that scratches happen and do not drive them without that in the back of their minds. mine is my daily driven truck and i was thinking about going the flat paint.

Re: how about some 60-66 flat black pic's
I got mine and it is flat black primer, hate it! I am so over it, especially with red accents. I beg you to do something original. It has been done to death. I like flat colors just no more flat black please. I am getting ready to change the color on mine to a flat creamy color. Of course it is your truck and you should build it for yourself and not me.

Here's an earlier thread with quite a few flat and satin black trucks:

That was yours? I remember seeing the pics of the "rust never sleeps" gathering and thinking how cool that truck was.

Re: how about some 60-66 flat black pic's
Here is mine.
I like the flat black because it is easy to fix any scratches or chips. It is just Rustoleum flat black, and I did it all with rattle cans. |

Yeah, that's why I went with a black & blue fauxtina.
