Brake Drum Selection
I am looking to pick up a pair of new drums for my front brakes:
69 K-10 DD-44 Closed knuckle Looking at the selection at Rock Auto, I see a fair number of rear drums available but only one kind of front, from Centric. Comparing the front and rear Centric items, I see minor differences in dimensions. I have long been under the impression that my front and rear (Corp 12-bolt) drums are the same, 11 x 2. Does anyone have experience with Centric drums? Is anyone familiar with the differences between their front and rear items? Thanks for any info!

Re: Brake Drum Selection
I got my rear Centric drums via Amazon Prime. They have AC Delco, Bendix and Raybestos drums available too, may be worth a look there if you have prime.

Re: Brake Drum Selection
Let me add another question: none of the option appears to have the groove and coil spring surrounding the drum like the originals did. Is there any consensus on their importance?
