Steering rag joint

I have a 72 1/2 ton RWD. Have a Red Head power steering gear box with a faster ratio than stock. Tried to put on a stock (13/16 inch spline) and it will not go on. Can anyone tell by the photos if I just need to get a different spline count rag joint? I do not know if they put another year faster ratio spline in.

Re: Steering rag joint

I found my old rag joint and it slides right on. I will go get a new one and put it on.

Good deal. I couldn't really help you with it. I know there are two different size splined shafts but I couldn't remember the sizes.....
