New from Virginia

New to the group from Virginia with my 1967 K-20. I’ve had the truck since I was 16 for exchange of labor. Truck didn’t run, had a 350 unbolted stuck in the hole but other wise the truck was 80 percent there. Got the truck running after redoing all the brakes, plumb the fuel system, clean the tank which had been replaced not long before, exhaust, radiator, wiring, etc. Then I blew that up built a 355, and installed a 10.5 14 bolt and 8 lug 10 bolt front to ditch the closed knuckle drum brake front end and the 4.56 gear it had for some highway friendly 3.30s. Also installed a 4” lift at the time. Drove it for a summer and half a winter with no heater box becuase they were on back order, then blow that up, borrowed my dads 406 for a couple of months, raced the truck in the bean fields with a sm465/t221 combo lol. Then got the bright idea of a ls swap so now I’m in the process of a 6.0 and a 4l80e. So here’s some picture enjoy, and yes I love the slot wheels, only paid 60 buck for the wheels and tires!
