You want a cheap but good shifter then look for one for a 4 speed Muncie or Saginaw.
I used a completion plus 4 speed shifter on the stock 3 gear in my 56 Chevy once. Should be able to find one for a 100 bucks. Might need a few mods to bolt it up. |
