Receiver hitch from new to 04?
Anyone know if a receiver hitch from a newer vehicle heavy duty hitches off of 2500 & 3500 Chevy will fit an 04 GMC Sierra?

on the 99-06 the hitch mounts to the frame like you would expect it to, but there are ALSO 2 bolts that bolt thru the hitch to the rear bumper.
maybe this is a crappy photo but i think the point is made?  ::EDIT:: I had to find a better photo, the first one was HUGE.

My hitch on my 2005 GMC rusted off I changed to Draw Tite ultra frame i seen the gm oem hitches fail before.

Thanks for the feedback guys!
I ended up getting a stock reciever hitch and front sway bar for local junk yard for $100. out the door they pull. Just need to find bolts now. Quote:
