Has the radio & speaker been tested i bought a 69 camaro nos radio a few weeks ago and the radio does not work

I have PayPal but they take 3%. Since I’m already dropping the price I didn’t want to lose out on more money. I would accept PayPal if you would consider adding the extra 3% ($14)
