Re: Captainfab D52 Rear Disc Brakes

It is not currently setup that way, but the GM large ebrake calipers will bolt right on in place of these, if desired

Re: Captainfab D52 Rear Disc Brakes

Is this a true bolt in application? Or does it need any machine work that needs done? If it's a bolt-in, and you can get it in two flat rate boxes, I will take it. Thanks

Re: Captainfab D52 Rear Disc Brakes

True bolt on, high quality parts, zero machining required. I will check if it all fits tonight

Re: Captainfab D52 Rear Disc Brakes

Forgot to ask, it doesn't change the wheel spacing does it? Are you running the 1/2" lugs or the 7/16" lugs?

I’m moving to a drum in hat style parking brake setup. This is a great braking system, but I have plans to swap to a manual transmission and want the added safety of a parking brake. Now, while I have my truck in pieces seems like a good time

1/2” lugs. I went with a slightly longer stud (details in my thread), but you could get away without them or by using an extended reach lug nut. The disc hat is only minimally thicker than the drum, if at all

Re: Captainfab D52 Rear Disc Brakes

Guys, I thought it would work, but I don’t see any way of Tetris-ing this stuff into two flat rate boxes. Let me get it packed up tomorrow and we’ll go from there.

Apologies for any inconvenience

Re: Captainfab D52 Rear Disc Brakes

Per the "Sellers Code of Conduct" - III. All sales must be posted in thread, a reply stating who is in line is also suggested. Accepting sales via Private Messages will result in confusion within the thread and is strictly prohibited.

I was the first one to reply "I'll take it" in the thread.

Re: Captainfab D52 Rear Disc Brakes

Based on that information, if I had it to do again, I would sell to you. Unfortunately, the item has already shipped. Thank you for the refresher and sincere apologies for any confusion this may have caused.
