72 Steering Wheel Changed Wrong

Just bought a 72 with a Z28 steering wheel that is installed wrong about 45 degrees to the right of center, and the turn signals don't cancel at all and the horn does not work. Any ideas as to how to resolve??

Drive the truck and get the wheels straight. Pull the steering wheel and check the turn signal cam and make sure it's ok. Look for the horn spring and cam to verify they are installed. The Camaro wheel will need other parts for the horn to work.
To get the steering wheel straight just pull it off and put it on straight.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Re: 72 Steering Wheel Changed Wrong

Make sure you use a steering wheel puller or you will likely damage the column. Cheap to buy or rent from many auto parts stores.
