Help identifying an engine

I got a 81 C10 the other day and I know it's got a V8 in it. The emissions sticker said that it came with the 4.1 in it, so I have no idea what size V8 I have. Where on the engine can I look to figure out it's size?

Probably a 305 or 350 although it could be something else like a 283,327.

Take a look at this and it will help some.
http://www.mortec.com/location.htm

When you find the number you can then look it up. It the last 3 digits are 010 its a 350 95% of time. Leaving the other 5% for it being a 302 or 327.

Ok, sorry, I'm retarded. That number came off of the transmission. I checked on the top of the block at the bellhousing and came up with some other numbers. I couldn't read it really well but I found GM then a couple numbers I couldn't read but then I did see 110. I looked at all the numbers and the only one I could find with 110 in that order was a 350 out of an 83. Thanks for the help fellas, I was really scared it was gonna be a 305.
