Should be a NP203, but the way to find out is to look at the metal plate which is riveted on the back side of the case, its a round metal tag with a rivet in the middle and it has little red border around it, the model will be stamped in into that plate, should say New Process and then 3 numbers, I suspect the 3 numbers will be 203.

that tag may not be there, but an easy way to check is to look at your transfer case shift knob (if that is there, lol). if it says something like "Hi, Hi Lock, Lo, Lo Lock" then its a NP203 (fulltime 4x4). if it says "2 Hi 4 Hi N 4 Lo" then you have the NP205 part-time case. of the 2, the NP205 is better, but the NP203 is more commong and it isn't that bad.

if its all factory, then with a 4 speed its a 205 with an auto should be 203. look between the rear output and the bottom aluminum coverplate(round with 6 bolts holding it on) if there is a little circle of metal about 2.5 inches in diam. held on by three bolts, its a 205, if not a 203
