Msd Dizzy question

I got my msd dizzy it says to break in rotor do not use synthitic oil.
I use castol synth blend think it will be ok?

Break in the rotor? Do you mean to break in the gear? Where exactly are you reading this? I've got a MSD and have never seen anything pertaining to what oil to use to break in the distributor.

i think i remember seeing that on a tag that was attached to the dizzy gear???

Yes it is attached to the gear can not put it in with out removing the tag. Says warning on it.

yeap, thats the one. i used regular 30w because i had to break the engine in too.

Well I am not going to change oil for the new dizzy I think the synth blend will be good enuf.
