This is fairly abbreviated so forgive me. After I got the engine running, I got the the ECM and Throttle control box mounted under the dash. Managed to get it done reusing some parts from the fuel tank straps.

Built the tubs from a trailer fender. It was a single fender I split in half and narrowed a bit and filled in with sheet metal.
Looks like you and I are running the same wheels. I had the same tiny bit of tire on the bed side. I used 3" spacers to get the tire out as far as possible, but I still need tubs. They look like the fenders I've seen at Tractor Supply. Thinking of getting one of those myself and cutting them down to size.

Curious to know about your front wheel and tire size? I have 18" Riddlers with 4.5" backspacing for the front. I haven't checked to see what tire size I need, but yours look pretty darn close.
