60-66 Suburban Rear Floor Mat Material
I'm doing 66 Burb 4x4 Restoration. I know they are not available, but I would like to find a NOS rear floor mat from someone on the forum. Does anybody have a recommendation for something that comes real close? Most of the ones I've seen like the pickup bed mats are either too thick or too thin or dissimilar rib shape/spacing. Anybody?

Re: 60-66 Suburban Rear Floor Mat Material
I don't think i have ever seen even a used one for sale, but i have only been looking for 10 yrs.
I have a hair brained scheme on my long list of my suburban projects, to try and fashion a rear mat using a front mat. cut/slice/glue or make a pattern or mold of a rear mat from a front mat. I have a high hump repo front mat, but i have a feeling a low hump mat may make a better donor. I can remember having the rear mat in my truck years ago and it bugs me i cant replace it.

Re: 60-66 Suburban Rear Floor Mat Material
How about....
Horse Stable Mats (also called Horse mats, Stall mats, Stall flooring etc) http://www.rubbercal.com/rubber-mat/...nner-mats.html I know it's not vinyl but link says it can be used with an adhesive. Pattern is kind of similar. Hey, It can hold up to the weight of a horse! OOPS; I see you meant a rear floor mat for behind the seats like this pic I got from this website.
