I see you guys don't have much snow as well, I'll be up on Aylen lake over by Barrys bay ice fishin in a couple weeks. I'm not sure on taking the sled.

A couple pics of the billet a/c vents and heater controls.. that's about all I've done so far this winter
 but I do have some new parts ordered, and a few things that I have to get done in the next couple of months..
