Really stupid question.
So I'm putting I'm my fuel lines. 3/8 stainless from the engine bay all the way to the back to a K5 tank, 1/4 stainless return as well. Now my question, do I use small sections of regular rubber line and clamps to connect the fuel line to the fuel pump, and to the sending unit, or is there something special to connect them? This truck hasn't had line in years and have no clue how it is supposed to be set-up haha

factory used small lengths of rubber fuel line hose....it's suction...not pressure...don't use rubber from the fuel pump to the carb...

You need to put a single flare on the tubing wherever you hook a piece of hose on.

One last question for anyone that has or has seen blazer/suburban fuel lines, do the hard lines end in the frame rail by the tank and have rubber going from the frame rail to the tank, or do they bend and go all the way to the sending unit?

No need to put a complete single flare on the end as it can cut the hose from the inside. All that is needed is to create the bubble on the end where the clamp will hold the hose to keep it from coming off under pressure
