66 c10 glove box emblem install

How is everyone doing this besides glueing?
Seems like there should be a clip or something to hold in place.

I cut the studs off and used 3M trim tape. Still on there 5 years later.

Ya I was thinking of keeping the studs and still using the tape.
I'm not sure how a plastic aftermarket emblem will do with the tube nuts.

Any gasket maker or silicone will work. I use this because I have it.
