Unhappy Need opinion

I was wondering what to do about the door I screwed up while welding on it I got it too hot and now it's bowed in a spot where the door handle use to be .... Should I cut it back out and weld in a new patch pannel or hammer and dolly the area till it's smooth any idea's or opinion's would be great here's a crappy pic's but it show's the damage...

I'd hammer away for a while. If that doesn't work then cut it out and take your time welding. if you mess up agian.......they always did say the 3rd time the charm
