here's one on feebay Hickey 12V Sidewinder 12000 lb Winch Vic Ship Fastenal that comes with a drawbar mount for your 2" receiver

you could try sending a PM to this guy who refurbed his sidewinder Vic Hickey Sidewinder winch refurb

Not sure, I guess whatever I'll need to get it operational. I know I'll need a controller, solenoid and maybe some new cable, but I think I can source that. Also think I need the mounting bracketry or at least plans/dimensions for that. Maybe I can...ahem..attempt to fabricate that. I don't have it in my possession yet. Once I do I'll know more. I'm fairly certain it'll need an overhaul
