Quick ? about possible firewall grommet

I am trying to get my 70 back together after about 3 yrs of sitting, and realized I have forgotten a few things. As far as the gas pedal goes on the rigid linkage models 70 down, is there a grommet of any sort that goes in the firewall hole where the steel rod passes through? I don't have my inside center firewall insulation in yet as I had to order it, so I am not sure if that acts as a seal or is there is a dedicated piece? If there is I can't seem to find one for sale. Thanks
