Existing seat belt mounting 70 C10

I've searched the posts and vendor product data but don't have a clear answer.
Do 70 C10s have factory mounting holes in place to add 2 point seat-belts?
Is it as simple as ordering new/correct seat-belt model and bolting it in?

It's a stipulation of the seller that if/when she does sell me her truck, that I can't drive off until I have a seat belt installed.

It does have a cap in, for what assume is the 3-point mounting location, see image.
Is it safe to assume that the other mounting locations are in place?

Yes, that plug is for the shoulder belt. Originals are very hard to find and expensive when you do....

Shoulder belts were an option and not many people opted for them. All trucks had lap belts. If you don't see the ones in that truck look under the seat. A lot of people just shoved them down through the crack between the cushion and back.

Will be holes close to the gas tank mounting area and by the rear door jambs. It should be a 7/16"-20 thread welded in nut. Unless there has been some kind of floor repair and the holes filled.
