RPO code ??

I purchased a 72 Custom 10 deluxe a while back. I believe I'm the 4th owner. Somewhere along the line, the factory glove box door was swapped out with a chrome one. Thus eliminating the decal on the door listing the paint and options. Anyway to get this info using the VIN? Any help would be appreciated, thx.

Re: RPO code ??

You might be able to find a build sheet under the seat in the springs or stuffed around the gas tank somewhere. That’s about your only hope unless it was built in Canada as said above.

Kind of had that feeling it was a lost cause. The gas tank was swapped out also from what I was told by the previous owner so that option is nill. I will check under the seats though. Thanks for the info, appreciate it.

Re: RPO code ??

I found a fragmentary Build Sheet in the passenger door, when I was working on it. I put the jigsaw pieces in an envelope. Since lost it. Someone thought they were being 'helpful' by cleaning out my desk.

Re: RPO code ??

I found TWO build sheets under my springs, one for my truck and one for the guy's truck that is still lookin for his build sheet! Probably before or after on the assembly line. Who knows.
