I am thinking yours may have had a body swap at one time. With the screws holding the VIN plate on and the SPID looks like a repro to me. Not trying to imply anything bad, just my opinion. The manual throttle was actually somewhat common on the blazers/jimmys I have seen.

I dunno. Obviously this rig has had some interesting events in its life. What started as a question about door panels has evolved into something deeper.
