Ok thanks man. I pm a vendor here on the forum who actually makes these flip brackets that I am using to flip my rear axle and he said he or anyone he has sold to has ever had to shim there pinion angle. They have never had any issues with them. Its suppose to be drilled to correct pinion angle and push the rear differential towards the rear some. So idk I may have a totally different issue.

How much slip is there for your driveline going into the transmission? Looks tight, but again, all I know is a what a slip looks like going into a 4x4 t-case....
