PCV collapses

Well I've got the motor back together. Fired her right up and started to check for issues. I found that opon acceleration the brand new fuel line hose I am using between the PCV valve and the man. port of the carb is collapsing. This is some stiff stuff too. This was also happening prior to this rebuild. Any ideas as to why this hose would collaps/ The holley Double pumpoer I am using only has one of these big vaccum ports. So trying a different port is not an option. Thanks

Chris

I changed it from the passanger side to the driver side. Its not collapsing anymore, but I can feel the pull in the line when I give it some juice. What could this be from I wonder?

Do you have a breather in the other valve cover? It has to have a way for fresh air it get in.
