New Master Cylinder, No Brakes

My brakes were working fine, but I could see the master cylinder starting to leak at the booster. I replaced the master cylinder and the lines to the proportioning valve, but now I have no brakes. I bench bled the master, and bled the calipers (the LR would barely leak fluid but would not squirt even after many pumps of the brake, the RR had strong flow after a few pumps). Even so, the pedal goes to the floor and barely has any stopping power. With it being a new master cylinder, do I need to adjust the push rod, or is this a brake line issue? Everything worked perfectly before the new master cylinder.
