Wow!! Thanks for the quick responses. Looks like a 81-87 to me. Good to know I could recover it properly if I choose to in the future. My truck is kind of a frankenstein I guess. In the frame pic Sick472 posted it doesn't look like I should have any springs on the front or side. Which is good news. I can just get some foam, do some spray glue repair and cover it with blankets. I'm gonna use one large blanket for each half and do the hogring deal to it. Should be a cheap $50 deal to get me sitting ok for now.
