Power brakes were standard on 3/4 and 1 ton trucks in 1972 thats why they are not listed as an option on the glove box sticker.

Even if you didn't buy it, maybe you could make a deal with him to get the parts off it to sell...

No blocks from what I could see - Just sitting on the ground.
I am not sure how well the frame, front/rear suspension and floor pans are after all these years. I will try to get some better pictures next time.
