Question Covering Metal Fuel Line?

I am referring to the line going from the fuel pump to the carb. Would it be a good idea to cover it with some rubber fuel line?

Thanks

Never seen it done before, I don't think it would do any good. I like the look and security of a nice neat metal line.

Have to agree, if you have a nice straight application even with a fuel filter inline it looks good.

That is unless you are building a show truck...

I have mine on a big curve to keep it away from the engine!
Then I covered it in three different size coil cover to keep some heat away!
I can't understand why Chevy put the line against the motor behind the alt.!
Cool fuel is good fuel!
Maybe we all could invent a line cooler and get rich!
